Peggi Honig offers small classes with personalized attention. If you decide to participate, please email asap Peggi Honig <[email protected]> to let her know if and when you intend to come to class.

Once you have emailed Peggi Honig, she will know who you are and you could chat with her just prior to class so she understands more of your interests. Of course, Peggi would like to know whether you have ever done Feldenkrais® or Awareness Through Movement®.  Peggi Honig adapts or adjusts the lesson for all participants to enjoy and reap the benefits.
