Peggi Honig’s links for ATM this week of May 27th – June 1st, 2024

Principles of learning involve your nerve tissue.  Slow gives your NS time to sense and feel to awaken your internal awareness of process.  Fast actions are already wired into your NS as a habit.  So to start, let’s slow it down to clarify, am I in my habit or awakening to new or remembered information? It’s also important to be able to sit with any confusion or mystery without knowing right away.  Let it become an embodied research fueled by your curiosity vs always having to be told.

So as you can probably see, there is a bit of a discrepancy in the color of the links.  Zoom is still for me a confusion and mystery as to how to access these links when weekend dates are not showing on the calendar to copy and paste.  I shared above, I’m doing it really slow and attempting to learn while it’s frustrating.  I listen to my breathing and take a pause. Just takes a lot longer to go thru this process but these links should all work for class this week without a waiting room, I think.
